COVID-19 PHILADELPHIA RESOURCES

We've all had plenty of people telling us their thoughts and opinions during this uncertain time (myself included) - which is necessary and appreciated. Instead of trying to do more of the same, when there are much better and more educated people out there doing a wonderful job, I thought I'd share some resources. Many of these were shared with me by my medical school, PCOM, so most of the content credit goes to them (with a few of my own additions) If you have any resources (website, phone number, etc) that you think could be useful, please contact me or comment below! About Me

My Instagram account began about 7 years ago in the wonderful city of Pittsburgh when I was a senior in college thanks to a dear friend and talented artist (Check her out - @pmuirart). She took my phone created an account and every time we were together, she would post a photo for me along with hashtags (I barely knew what this was). For a while, I barely looked at it until one day she showed me a photo that had gotten far more positive feedback than anything I posted on my Facebook photography page, which is how I had been sharing my photos up until then. Since then, I graduated with a B.S. in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh, moved to Philly, got my M.S in Cell Biology, and now am in my third year of medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. All along, I dabbled in portrait, wedding, and lifestyle photography. My activity on instagram ebbed and flowed over the years but I really became active on the platform once I moved to Philly. Walking around, exploring, and trying new foods while photographing this city is how I both established my Instagram and fell in love with the city of Philadelphia. I began meeting people with similar interests and kept developing my photography, editing, and social media endeavors. I now occasionally partner with various restaurants, marketing agencies, and brands both on a local and national level, but the majority of my activity and posts are my own personal photos - just for fun :).
